Cassie and Crystal were patient and kind. Empathetic to health issues. Professional and friendly. Dentist was kind, explained best path forward for my dental needs. Felt heard. Naomi was welcoming with a great smile and friendly voice. Looking forward to getting my dental care with this great team

Amazing and kind staff! We got our daughter’s tongue and lip tie done here and it was fantastic, they use a laser to get it done and it made it so my daughter essentially had zero bleeding!

I normally do not write reviews, and I typically try giving local businesses the benefit of the doubt, but Century Crossing Dental Centre's staff have been utterly disrespectful not only to me but to the rest of my family. I cannot comment on my family members experiences, but for myself, the staff were very condescending and rude. Naomi, who I believe is a receptionist there, was very passive aggressive with me not only over the phone but also in person. When there, they said I needed multiple expensive treatments and refused my insurance, I have just went to my main dentist and they said I did not need those treatments and my insurance had been accepted. If you are Indigenous, even if you are not Indigenous presenting, please avoid this place. I have reasons to believe that they are scamming their clientele, all while they are treating their clients harshly. I hope everyone there becomes kinder, will not be coming back.

I had an appointment today *Sarah*, for a dental cleaning with Nivea/Nivia (not sure how to spell her name ... but omg what a sweetheart! She was amazing. To sum things up..I have alot of anxiety about my gum recession. I have extremely sensitiv3 gums and teeth and have very particular requests, such as freezing, manual cleaning etc. Im usually very nervous to have my cleanings done but wow..she was one of the best hygenists i have ever had and I have been to many dental clinics. She truly exceeded my expectations. She made me feel calm and supported and followed all of my requests and also just had a really kind, caring energy about her. The whole clinic was quite lovely to. Nice waiting room with professional front desk staff. I will return again in 6 months !

Today was my first visit, my hygienist was the most magnificent caring careful human! They were also new to the clinic and I am so sad to hear that they usually work out of a clinic in Leduc and wouldn’t be my regular hygienist . I had a poor experience at my previous clinic and was prepared to scrutinize my next one. If the regular hygienist at Century Crossing is anything like my hero today the switch will have been worth it . Amazing job!!
