Just moved to the city and I checked out Eden Health & Wellness Inc. I have had two massages with Alexis now and I have booked a third one and sent my wife to Alexis as well. She is very professional, talented, friendly and kind. I highly recommend her, as I always feel much better after a treatment. The office is lovely, with its tropical plants and inviting feel. I particularly like the waiting room in back with its free drinks and snacks; which I have never seen before. All in all a great spot! The office is to the right side of the building, so just drive to the far side and park, as I was at first confused where it was located as there is another business to the left. The entrance is around a bit of a dividing wall that separates Eden Health into its own little area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks, cookies, candies, and snacks—they’re such a nice touch that makes you feel valued. Brittany was amazing! She gave an outstanding deep tissue massage, listened to my concerns, and worked on all the right areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling refreshed and much better. Highly recommend Brittany and this clinic!

I was referred to Eden from Health & Wellness by one of her clients, and my first impression was excellent. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and I received a professional 60-minute massage. Edith was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She listened carefully to my concerns, identified the problem areas, and found all the right spots. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling noticeably less tense and with a much better range of motion. I highly recommend her services!

What a wonderful place. The wait room alone is worth coming here. Alexis was great she really knows how to take care of your needs. I would recommend this place to anyone 10/10

First, the space is beautiful and very clean. Second, my massage therapist Alexis was amazing! Very courteous and conscious of consent. Talking me through everything and making sure we were both on the same page. I truly appreciate her patience and skill!
