My wife and I have both seen Bryn, she is a Massage therapist. She definitely knows what she’s doing, I work construction, so my body gets beat up, And I feel much better after seeing her. My wife Megan also had a great experience with her as well. Highly recommend giving her a try. Great establishment overall, very clean, air conditioned, friendly and professional.

Attended Elements to deal with some major discomfort due to a pulled hup flexor muscle that was dramatically impacting my quality of life. Bryn did an amazing job at identifying the issue, delivering an amazing therapeutic massage and mitigating the issue. She also gave post therapy stretches and movements to help me manage issues when it flares up. Cannot speak more highly of Bryn's skill and professionalism.

Had an adjustment today with Dr.Moe. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He explains exactly what he is about to do prior to getting your adjustment which makes me feel very safe in his care. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Emerald is amazing, she can find all the knots and work them out. I go once a month now for upkeep and I have no more knots. It's such a relaxing message.
