I went to clinic on 1 day notice. Body felt pretty roughed up after several yrs of quite physical & grueling work. Seen Dr. Justin Kwan. He is very thorough and asks all the right questions. Had a 45min session and ever since have felt like I'm in a new body. I feel renewed. My new go-to chiro clinic and Dr. going forward. Highly recommend to everyone. 5-STARS.🎉✨️

I had three sessions with Dan Jin, and the experience was excellent. I have seen many specialists in the past, but Dan Jin stood out because of her deep knowledge, professionalism, and ability to understand what was going on. She suggested an energy healing approach, and I appreciated how confidently and clearly she explained everything. She is kind, courteous, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re looking to improve your overall well-being or feel like your energy is out of balance, I highly recommend seeing Dan Jin. Her expertise and caring approach make her someone I would happily recommend to others.

Dr. Kwan is great, and I’ve had positive experiences with the care provided. However, I did run into a frustrating issue with billing. I was advised by the receptionist, Jen, that the cost for an insurance assessment would be billed to my accident claim. After later reviewing my benefits, I discovered the charges were submitted to Alberta Blue Cross instead. I was previously told this would be reversed, but when I followed up, I was informed there was nothing that could be done. I was also expecting a follow-up from Jen last month, which unfortunately did not happen. During my most recent interaction, Jen was not professional and not pleasant to deal with, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Because of this situation, my personal benefits have now been used up, leaving me unable to access coverage for other treatments like massage that I had planned to use them for. This was disappointing, as I would have made different decisions had I been given accurate information upfront. Be very careful and confirm exactly how they are billing before proceeding.

Went here for the first time, and was extremely impressed with the experience! Definitely will go back and recommend! Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with, leading to me learning more in one massage than in years. They offer more than massage and I will explore their other services based on my experience.
