I had a wonderful experience at Lumi Dental! This was primarily due to the interactions I had with every member of the team. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My time with Taylor, the dental hygienist, was better than any other cleaning experience I have had. She was patient and personable, and explained every step of the process, including techniques and equipment I was not familiar with. The cleaning itself was incredibly gentle yet thorough. Although my appointment was not with Dr. Pham on that day, she took the time to check in and make sure I did not have any concerns. She exhibited in-depth knowledge and insight into my medical history and answered any questions I had. She showed that she is a true leader of a team of kind and professional individuals. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and clean, including a waiting area with comfortable seating and complimentary beverages. The innovative technology used in the facility makes me confident that the team is up to date with any new evidence-based techniques and equipment that are available in the market. The swag bag at the end of the appointment was such a bonus! The different options for the products you could take home reinforced how considerate Dr. Pham and the team are of the choices people want to make in terms of their health. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to my next visit!

From the moment you walk into this beautiful, modern clinic, you're greeted by the friendliest receptionists. They're welcoming, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. They have a complimentary coffee station stocked with water, juice, hot chocolate, coffee and tea for patients to enjoy before or after their appointment—a thoughtful touch that makes you feel right at home. The dental hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Pham are incredible with both teenagers and children, especially those with ADHD. They take the time to explain everything, never make you feel rushed, and ensure everyone is comfortable throughout the visit. Bonus points for providing NeeDohs, blankets, and headphones to help create a calm, relaxing experience. It's clear they've thought of everything to make dental visits easier for patients of all ages. One feature that really stood out to me was the air polisher. I'd never seen one at another dental office before, and it shows that Lumi Dental invests in modern technology to provide the best care possible. And the goodie bags are amazing! They include a cute tote bag, lip balm, a tongue scraper, a high-quality toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, gum or mints, and even a delicious treat from Chartier, a local Beaumont favourite. It's such a thoughtful way to end your visit. I can honestly say we feel so lucky to have found Lumi Dental. The entire team is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. My dental experience was truly elevated at Lumi Dental. It is the most aesthetic dental clinic I’ve ever been to; I had seen photos of the clinic online but seeing it in person was on a whole new level - you can tell there was a clear vision for the space and it came out luxurious, clean and very cozy! The dental hygienist I had, Taylor, was lovely; using innovative technology, she gave me the most gentle & thorough cleaning! Dr. Pham really took the time to explain things to me and everyone was extremely warm/friendly. The clinic also offered free amenities while I waited for my appointment & a generous swag bag to finish off the visit - it was an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in. I can truly say Lumi Dental & team are worth the drive in from Edmonton!
