I have been here twice now, didn't realize there where separate reviews from the clinic which I gave five stars to also. Great pharmacist's who are genuinely concerned why you are taking/explain and that you follow the instructions on your prescription. Discuss possible side effects and what to do. They do make time to take a minute with you.
I'm very unhappy with my experience at this pharmacy today. I've been waiting for four hours just to get my prescription. The receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. She seemed to be making fun of customers, and she was very loud while on the phone. I also noticed she frequently switched between Arabic and English, which made it difficult to understand what was happening, and I'm not sure she knows how to properly handle people
What can I say🥰 the people can this pharmacy are like family to me. No matter the question or worry, they put my mind at ease. I wouldn't go any other place. 11out of 10. Always💓
Mohamad was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was explained clearly. Excellent care and service. Highly recommend.
