I had been a long-term client, and I feel the quality of service has declined over the years. My most recent experience made it clear that I will not be returning. My lower lateral wire completely broke off (which I almost swallowed!!), even though I had raised concerns about it just two months prior during a routine cleaning and was assured that it was fine. This was especially frustrating given that a cement repair done in January 2025 didn’t hold up, while the original bond had lasted over 15 years. When I brought up these concerns with the Office Manager, I felt there was little accountability. While I didn’t specifically ask for it to be redone at no cost when it was originally thought to be just a recementation job, I felt it was a reasonable expectation - whether through a redo or a discount - given how recently the repair had failed. At the time, no effort was made to compensate or properly address the issue. It wasn’t until three days later, after I had said I would no longer be returning to the front staff and had gone elsewhere to get a new lateral wire (as mine wasn't usable anymore), that any attempt was made to rectify the situation during a follow-up conversation with the Office Manager. The other clinic I went to was kind enough to offer me a discount as a new customer. Additionally, I was disappointed to overhear a comment made by a male hygienist about me while I was still at the front desk paying and preparing to leave. If staff members want to talk about patients, they should ensure those discussions happen privately and not within earshot.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, gentle, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She made me feel super comfortable and did such a great job with my cleaning. You can really tell she cares about her clients and loves what she does. Highly recommend her! 🤍

It was a great experience visiting Millwooods Dental Choice. Staff were awesome starting from receptionist to the end of my visit. Team flow was smooth as I was able to complete full mouth check up and X-rays with completion of 4 fillings in a matter of an hour and half. Assistant Mahek and Dr. Verma were awesome with their skills and communication! Definitely referring my friends and families to this clinic!!

I recently had three fillings done on my upper left side and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. MALHI was extremely professional, courteous and clearly very skilled. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable the procedure felt. There was no pain or discomfort. He worked with such precision and care, never pulling uncomfortably on my cheeks or overwhelming me with water, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was how calm and relaxed the whole appointment felt. It didn’t feel like a typical dental visit, it genuinely felt more like a spa experience. Every step was explained and handled smoothly and I felt completely at ease the entire time, which is rare for dental work. A big part of that experience was also thanks to the amazing team. His assistant Marium was attentive, gentle and supportive throughout, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Manpreet (admin) was equally wonderful, friendly, organized and welcoming. Together they created such a positive and reassuring environment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality, stress-free dental care.

Dr Malhi and all staff at this location are fantastic! I visited to do two wisdom tooth extractions and throughout the entire process and healing process him and his team were amazing. They accommodated my schedule, were prompt when I required a post-op appointment and were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I truly cannot recommend this clinic enough and I thank each and every member of staff at this location for all their help and their lovely smiling faces that made my dentist anxiety cease!
