I cannot say enough good things about Smiles Dental! My spouse, my daughter, and I have been patients here, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, friendly team that genuinely cares about their patients. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and completely non-judgmental. They have a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease, even when you’re absolutely terrified of dental appointments. My daughter has needed extensive dental work, and the team has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. They have worked incredibly hard to get her treatment completed as quickly as possible while also being flexible with our complicated schedule. Their understanding, patience, and willingness to help have meant so much to our family. The ladies at the front desk deserve special recognition. They are always cheerful, welcoming, and organized. What impressed me most is that they remembered who we were after just one visit, which made us feel valued and cared for right from the start. Just had a dental hygiene appointment with Shaina, she was awesome ! Very professional and thorough. Answered all my questions right from the start to finish. Highly recommend her! Only thing that needs to be improved is the front desk staff in terms of how they deal with clients The front desk staff could be better as theyre not particularly welcoming. When I arrived, there wasn’t much of a greeting, and the overall interaction felt a bit cold and routine. It seemed like they were just going through the motions rather than trying to create a friendly or comfortable atmosphere. Communication was minimal, and I had to ask a few questions to get basic information that could have been offered upfront. While they weren’t rude, there was definitely a lack of enthusiasm that made the experience feel less inviting than expected. Overall, the service was passable, but a more positive and engaging attitude from the front desk would make a noticeable difference.

For someone that has Dental Anxiety, I felt very comfortable coming here for my treatments. The staff are very friendly, caring, and nonjudgmental (which is huge for me). I would definitely recommend coming here. Will be getting all my work done here!!

I was able to get in to see the dentist on Friday at 3:30 for a rather extensive procedure. Obviously the appt went past closing time, but the dentist and girls were so good about staying. The work the dentist did was awesome! They are all so thoughtful and considerate and the dentists are so good! Thank you so much!
