The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I had an excellent experience at The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Spruce Grove. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood how to use my medication properly. They also helped me navigate my insurance coverage and made the entire process smooth and stress free. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that truly cares about its patients. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service.

Love this pharmacy! All the staff has been great to deal with, always had my prescriptions completed when requested. Most importantly I have felt cared for.

Great pharmacy, has been so helpful with my family the last few years. They are always friendly, accommodating and prompt. We love being able to see Katrina, the prescribing pharmacist, for concerns when we can’t see our family doctor. Heather is incredible at what she does and always goes above and beyond. Truly a fantastic team!

We've been using the Medicine Shoppe for a few years and love it. #1 - the staff are amazing! Their knowledge and care shines through as they develop solutions that work for our family. My young children have daily medications that are compounded into something fun and easy to take. #2 - they offer comprehensive services - we get medications, vaccinations and lab reqs! #3 - there is such a nice atmosphere - they have granola bars, a little library, sidewalk chalk, cozy chairs, special events. My kids love going in, where getting them into basically any other store is a huge struggle 🙌
