Sandra Power does an exceptional job on therapeutic massages. She has the skills to find and focus on the areas that are requiring attention to relieve tightness and pain. She has been very effective at helping me recover from injuries and spasms

I have been seeing Dr. McCarthy since May of this year. She is thorough, kind, understanding and compassionate. At each appointment we talk through absolutely everything. It is a journey and not always an easy one. She is helping me find my way and find the root cause of my health issues. I am making progress and am happy to continue my journey. I have also been seeing Emelie for Acupuncture and Reiki. I love this treatment - feels good; both calming and refreshing. Emelie is also very sweet and kind.
