As a self-proclaimed Type A cuticle girl, I've always left nail appointments feeling a little disappointed—until I found Dil. From the moment I sat down, it was clear how much pride she takes in her work. She was incredibly thorough, paid attention to every little detail, and never made me feel rushed. She was also so easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. What I appreciated most was that she encouraged me to speak up if there was anything I wanted changed or adjusted. That level of care and professionalism made me feel completely at ease, and it showed in the final result. I left genuinely happy with my nails for the first time in a long time.
