I love, love, LOVE my nails! I was a walk-in after leaving another salon, and the ladies were so kind and accommodating. They checked their books, communicated with each other, and made sure they could fit me in without affecting any other clients’ appointments. I even told them I could come back another time and asked if they were sure — they confidently reassured me and welcomed me in anyway. You could really tell how organized and respectful they were of everyone’s time because even with clients continuing to come in, nobody was waiting more than five minutes. I truly appreciated them taking the time to make sure they could properly accommodate me. Crystal was an absolute pleasure! She did such a wonderful job and truly went above and beyond. I wanted an ombré design, and she even had another technician come over to help perfect the look. The teamwork there was honestly so refreshing to see. The entire vibe of the salon was amazing. The staff were chatting and laughing with clients, clients were interacting with each other, and the atmosphere was just so positive and welcoming. It felt like everyone genuinely enjoyed being there. Sorry for the long review, but I really believe we’re entering an era where when we pay good money for a service, the experience matters just as much as the final result — communication, cleanliness, organization, kindness, engaging with clients, and creating a positive environment. This salon delivered on all of it. Thank you again Crystal and Q-Nail team for such a great experience. I will absolutely be back! 🤗

Mary is literally the best technician you’ll ever meet. You can show her a picture and she’ll make it look even better than the photo. She’s fast and kind and make sure that you’re OK with the look of your nails every step of the way. There’s no Design that she cannot do! Incredible service every time. The ladies there always get me laughing. Pleasant overall Environment. And very clean! Loving the new massage chairs! Hanna and ellamy are so pleasant, so funny and such beautiful souls. it is truly a blessing to watch and listen to the sounds of community, love and laughter. I’ve been with this specific Qnails for 3yrs now and to this day I’ve never had any complaints. Annie’s energy is such a ray of light and her attention to detail is impeccable! This is my forever place for the professionalism of the establishment, the cleanliness of the facility itself, the quality of the products offered, the amount of options offered/available and that the staff are of good value and integrity.

I got my nails done with acrylic extensions and they turned out phenomenally. I had Annie as my nail technician and she did a marvellous job. The work is very well done the quality is fantastic. I brought in an inspirational picture and she made it even better than I ever could’ve imagined well 100% be going here again.

Obsessed with my new nails from Thai. These are honestly my favorite set yet. The shape, color and detail came out absolutely perfect. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Such a great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again!
