A 10/10 experience! Roman was utterly meticulous and professional. There was no hair out of place, he paid attention to every detail. He ensured I was absolutely comfortable and relaxed, which I particularly appreciated because I get extremely nervous in front of a camera but I didn’t want the session to end. I would recommend his service.

Got my photos taken 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any sort of email regarding when I would receive my photos when it states it would be up to 7 business days. Not to mention it’s impossible to reach them over the phone and they have been dodging emails. Would appreciate better customer service!

Roman (the photographer) was wonderful to work with - he paid attention to every detail and made you feel comfortable! He is a great photographer and cracks some funny jokes! It was easy to book online, too. The company lost stars as the different options aren't clear when booking a session and then I was charged extra on my credit card without approval. I would have appreciated someone clarifying what my package included during the session and flagging that it would cost more if I did XYZ. I sent an email to question the additional charge and they responded saying they'd check with the team that they confirmed they reached out before the charge, but never heard back. In addition, my appointment was booked for 11:20am and I didn't get into my session until 11:45am. The proofs also arrived later than the company says on their FAQ which I can understand would be due to the high volume. Finally, the photo packages are very expensive. I was prepared to pay a decent price for photos but was shocked to see the package pricing so decided to buy 3 digital downloads instead. Overall the experience was okay - there could be some improvements with the company/communication - but Roman sure made it a great experience during the session!

Amazing experience. Roman is not only kind but extremly talented in his craft. His attention to detail shows how passionate he is with his work.

5*: Roman is a great photographer. 1*: They are going to charge you around $500 on top of the session fee to DOWNLOAD the very photos taken during that session and they are not upfront about it. Definitely felt like a scam. This business could benefit from some added transparency. Overall 2*
