Sarah had us comfortable even before the shoot. I live in scrubs and yoga pants, and Sarah was incredibly helpful when I went shopping for outfits for our day, because I truly don't have an eye for that kind of thing, and I also loathe shopping. She was easygoing and incredibly helpful beyond just snapping the photos, and we had a fantastic time, even though we drove home thoroughly frozen! Thanks again, Sarah!

We hired Sarah for our October 2025 wedding at the Calgary Zoo and also booked engagement photos with her and I cannot recommend her enough. The experience was amazing, we truly loved how much we got to explore and how lovely the photos turned out. We were super glad we did the engagement photos beforehand so we both felt a lot more at ease being photographed together and learned to take direction a little faster (we hope). We ADORED our day, it was so fun to have a little time just us taking photos around the zoo. Sarah felt like a friend immediately and helped us feel more comfortable and made for great direction for our photos. Our pre ceremony photos helped the day feel so much more than prepping for a party plus having fun memories around the zoo together outside our venue and even getting to see some of our guests beforehand as surprise sneak peeks for them. Could not have asked for a better day and we like having the silly candids as cute moments to look back on and laugh together.

Because of Sarah, our entire wedding day was turned into art that we’ll get to cherish forever. From all the detail shots, to family formals, to artsy shots, to wholesome candids, Sarah knocked it outta the park while five months pregnant on a warm autumn day. That woman is a machine and SO incredibly talented - she prefers to shoot the entire day alone, and she’s damn good at it! She was dialled in from start to finish, communicated well at every stage of the process, provided constructive feedback about our timeline, and gave clear, easy-to-follow directions for posing. Many of our guests raved about how EFFICIENT she was, especially during the family formal shots. Her dry humour was entertaining and her supportive comments and level-headedness kept us sane throughout the day. Although she came at a higher pricetag, we couldn’t have imagined anyone else to have shot our Big Day (especially because my husband is a photographer himself and can sniff out a seasoned professional from afar). If you’re looking for a photographer that’s efficient, organized, intentional, experienced, well-rounded, easy-going, and no fluff, look no further as Sarah is your gal!

Sarah was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day. Even though we weren’t the most organized group, she handled everything so calmly and professionally - She pulled people together, managed timelines, and made sure the moments most important to us were prioritized without adding any stress. She has such a creative eye, with so many cool photo ideas that made our pictures feel natural, beautiful, and unique. She was also amazing at guiding us on how to pose so we looked and felt our best in every shot. She was easy to talk to and get along with, which made the entire experience fun and effortless. We are so grateful for her!

I loved my experience with Sarah - the laughter, jokes, and advice she shared made it comfortable, relaxing, and fun. I greatly appreciated how quickly she responded to messages, her flexibility in adapting to what I was looking for, and the kindness and positive vibes she brought to every interaction. It was truly an unforgettable experience!
