Brite Beginnings - Erin Ridge

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My son had a wonderful two years at Brite Beginnings! He had a hard time adjusting during his first few weeks but teachers tried their best to let him comfortable and happy. The teachers here work really hard, they put a lot of support and care about every kid. My son especially loved all the activities and field trips and made so many happy memories there. We also received a lot of happy pictures of our son every day through the daycare app. A big thank you to Raiesha, Stuti and the entire staff for taking such great care of our son. We highly recommend Brite Beginnings to any family looking for a caring and supportive daycare

Our oldest child has been enrolled at Brite Beginnings since May 2023, starting in the infant 1 room, and our youngest began this year. My husband and I have been so surprised and impressed with how much the kids learn. We didn't know what to expect/realize they didn't just play all day. They follow a curriculum that is provided to the parents, along with a seasonal menu. They're attentive to each child requiring different needs ie: bottles and food sensitivities. I see some families pack their own snacks sometimes simply because their child is in a particular/picky phase - the only ask from the daycare is that it's nut free. Over the years they've been opened, they've expanded capacity and rooms. Their goal is to get the kids outside twice a day - but they created an indoor playground that the ages rotate through in case the weather is bad. Our oldest really enjoys the indoor playground. I'd be lying if I said there has never been a concern while we've attended - however, I do approach the educators when, and the director if, needed. I find the director, especially, to be extremely attentive and takes her role very seriously. There has never been a time that I've worried about the safety of our kids. There have been posts on Facebook in the st Albert mom's group that have discussed staff from a daycare in the Erin Ridge area (mis)handling of children (there are many centres in the area). I've noticed she engages with them to learn more and to determine if she needs to take further action. To comments on staff turnover - this daycare seems to keep quite a few long-term. I've also noticed that they do a good job pulling educators into manager roles, especially since they're opening new locations in St Albert and Edmonton. This location has many kids and windows between classrooms, there are many staffers and parents able to see into other rooms and observe. I think this helps with accountability among workers. I can't speak to the experiences of the families with negative reviews about this daycare, but I can say that I have confidence and trust in the staff to care for my kids.

Fantastic Daycare with Supportive Staff! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brite Beginnings. The teachers and management are incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. They create such a nurturing environment that makes both kids and parents feel at ease. The teachers are patient, engaging, and always encourage growth and learning in fun, creative ways. The management team is approachable and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. It’s clear that they put the needs of the children and families first. I’ve seen so much positive development in my child since they started attending, and I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and supportive place for their little ones!

My son has been attending Brite Beginnings for several months now and we are so impressed with everything. After being told last minute by our original daycare that they were unable to accommodate emergency medical needs, we were contacted by Brite Beginnings that a space was opening up. Not only that but they were trained and educated in responding to a medical emergency, which was our #1 priority. Upon doing the facility tour and meeting the staff, we realized our unexpected daycare hiccup was a blessing in disguise. The staff at Brite Beginnings are so accommodating when it comes to my son's medical needs, leaving me feeling a great sense of relief knowing he will be taken care of. The teachers pour their heart & soul into interacting with the kids and truly care. They have amazing food options that are made fresh daily. The app they use allows you to track all activities, bathroom use and food. Being a first time mom, the thought of sending your kid to day care is heart wrenching but Brite Beginnings has made this process so smooth and effortless. I very highly recommend this daycare!
