Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics runs its Edmonton first aid and CPR training centre downtown in the Uniko Centre at 10080 Jasper Ave, Suite 504. The company has been a Canadian Red Cross training partner since 2014 and says it was named a Top 3 Red Cross training partner in Canada in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Courses include Intermediate (Standard) First Aid and Basic (Emergency) First Aid with CPR/AED Level C, CPR/AED on its own, recertification courses, Standard Child Care First Aid with CPR Level B for daycare and ECE staff, Heart & Stroke BLS Provider and BLS Renewal for nurses and other healthcare workers, and Emergency Medical Responder training. The first aid courses are Alberta OHS approved under Part 11 of the OHS Code. Most people take the blended course: the theory online at your own pace, then one day of hands on skills practice in class. You can also do two full days in class with no pre study. First aid and CPR certificates last three years and BLS lasts one year, digital certificates arrive within 48 hours, and a free skills retake is included within 90 days. Classes run on weekdays, evenings and weekends, and groups of 8 or more can book private training at their own workplace.
