Emerald Hills Daycare & OSC

We are very happy with Emerald Hills Daycare! When we first came to Canada last year, we enrolled our son in the daycare after two months. It was one of the best decisions we made. Our son is always happy and excited to attend, and we have seen him grow and develop so much. All of the staff are kind, caring, and attentive. They genuinely care about the children and create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. As parents, it gives us peace of mind knowing that our son is well looked after every day. My husband and I are very grateful that we found this daycare and highly recommend it to other families looking for quality childcare. We have had such a wonderful experience with Emerald Hills Daycare. When our little one started here, the staff did everything they could to make the transition easier. The whole team was so patient and supportive, and it was incredibly comforting to see our child build trust and connection with the teachers so quickly. It is clear that Jovie and her team care deeply about the work they do, and are skilled at creating a safe and engaging environment. The space is bright and clean, they keep the kids busy with activities, crafts, music, etc., and they are always planning special events for the kids and families. It has been amazing to watch our kiddo grow and learn here- he is excited to go every morning and is having a blast each afternoon when we pick him up. We are so grateful for Emerald Hills and couldn’t be happier that we chose this daycare.

My toddler has been attending Emerald Hills for the last few months, and she loves it there. The teachers are very kind and loving, and she is learning so much each day. I was kind of a bit worried initially about leaving her to rejoin the work force, but she doesn't even care when I drop her off she just runs to her friends and the teachers. I love seeing the photos they take of her during the day via the app, they are always engaged in some craft or activity. They also have a decent menu for the children. Overall, she really enjoys her time here.

I've had such a good experience with everyone at Emerald Hills Daycare - the staff, the facilities, even the other kids there. My children just love their time there, and I love seeing all the photos and feedback from the staff. I can tell that they really care about their well-being, as we are often given messages about their daily activities as well as concerns about the health and well-being of my children. Jovie, the director, is a real gem, and is actively involved in the daily goings-on at the facility. One morning, my son was having a really hard time letting go of my leg (as toddlers do) and she noticed his tears. Jovie went to get my daughter from the older classroom and had her join us outside to help my son find peace. Jovie isn't the type to just be stuck behind a computer doing paperwork, but helping my kids have fun and find happiness. I highly recommend Emerald Hills Daycare, and I'm happy to have my children attend here.

Our little one has been attending emerald hills daycare for around 5 months. We could not be happier with the involvement of the teachers and how warm and welcoming the environment. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for childcare on weekdays.
