Hillshire Daycare and OSC

My two kids started attending Hillshire October 2025. They are ages 3/4 they loved it right away. The building is brand new. The toys are educational and new. They have guests come in for literacy. Teachers prepare daily new games age appropriate for children that refine fine and gross motor skills. The facility is clean and welcoming. My children now like butter chicken thank goodness. I also love that they celebrate all cultural events. We could not be happier at Hillshire. Love the ladies.

My daughter has been attending Hillshire Daycare since she was 10 months old, and the last 7 months have been so great! The staff are friendly, caring, and kind, which makes such a difference as a parent. As an elementary teacher, I have been very impressed with the activities they plan for the children. They always provide fun and creative experiences that support my daughter’s social skills, language development, and both fine and gross motor skills. I also really appreciate the communication. They share lots of pictures and videos throughout the day, and they are always quick to respond. The food they provide is healthy and offers a wide variety. We have a number of friends who have switched to Hillshire as well, and they love it just as much as we do. I would highly recommend this daycare.

I could not say more great things about Hillshire. My daughter started her transition in December and has been going full time since January. The staff are all incredible and lovely. My daughter is excited to go in the morning and has so much fun with all the activities they do. When I pass her to her daycare teachers in the morning she will cuddle into them and I know they are loving my girl as if she’s their own. It’s a great feeling as a mom knowing my daughter feels safe and is having a blast while I’m at work. The picture and video updates throughout the day also let me know she’s doing good! Everyone there is phenomenal!

We had a wonderful experience with this playschool. After a bad experience with our previous daycare, we were quite afraid to trust another one. However, we decided to give Hilshire a try, and we’re very glad we did. The teachers are incredibly interactive, caring, and supportive with the kids. They made sure our child felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. One thing that really reassured us as parents was the regular updates and daily activity photos they shared with us. It helped us feel connected and confident that our child was happy and engaged throughout the day. A big thank you to all the teachers and staff for their dedication and care. We highly recommend Hilshire to any parents looking for a safe, nurturing, and engaging place for their children.

I cannot share enough good things about Hillshire… We recently moved to Sherwood park, and with that, we had to move from a small dayhome that my son had been with since he was 9 months old. Of course we had reservations and weren’t sure how our kids would adjust. The staff here went above and beyond to welcome us and our kids, I know they spent extra care to make sure that our toddler had as easy of a transition as possible. The handle our kids with such care and dedication, we couldn’t be more grateful for the team there. They are incredibly flexible and are willing to work with parents to support the kids, whether they notice that they’re sick, or they have dietary restrictions. Very glad we have our place here and would recommend to anyone.
