Jason Scott - TMG The Mortgage Group - Edmonton Mortgage Broker

We used Jason Scott to transfer our mortgage to a new mortgage company. The application process was easy, in that we were able to communicate through email and Docusign. Jason has a team of people who reach out to you and Jason ALWAYS answers the phone and if he’s on a call, he immediately calls you back. That’s a lost art nowadays. He’s obviously very knowledgeable and he had everything drawn up signed sealed and delivered to our expectations. No appointment necessary easiest mortgage ever! Thank you Jason and your team!

Jason and his team were fabulous throughout our whole purchasing process. They were quick to respond, thorough in their answers, very attentive, kept us well informed. All around it was a great experience and we will be using Jason again when our renewal comes up. I would highly reccomend Jason to anybody looking for a mortgage broker.

An excellent service that stuck by me for a good 6 months while I got my finances in order. Did everything to make the process as smooth and painless as possible, and as a result I am happy to report I have just been able to get into my new place. Extremely professional and open for contact at any time. Couldn't recommend Jason, and the whole mortgage group team enough!

I am a disabled Canadian Army Veteran with a good credit score, but not the best established credit history. Before I joined the Army I worked on a farm. As time passed my only dream was to have a farm of my own, away from the chaos, a Sanctuary. Jason and his team made my first home purchase smooth and seemless. Behind the scenes I know there was some serious legwork to bring my dream to fruition. I will hold a special place in my heart for Jason and his team until the day I am buried here and beyond. Thank you Jason,, keep touching lives brother.

We were referred to Jason by our realtor and although I was hesitant to work with a mortgage broker, I never regretted our choice. Jason was so easy to work with! Both our schedules are quite busy but Jason was easy to reach, accommodating and fast moving with everything, which was great because interest rates fluctuates so quickly. He got us a great rate, answered all of our questions, and has a great team working with him. We will definitely recommended Jason in the future when any of our friends and family need a mortgage broker. Thank you so much Jason!!
