Kids Valley Daycare & OSC

My daughter has been going to Kids Valley Daycare for about a year now. It has been an incredible journey with them. Being a first time mom, I had my fears sending my toddler at the day care. However , the staff has been really accommodating, understanding all through my journey here. The Area Manager , Rose has always been an immense help. The initial transition for my daughter from home environment to daycare environment was not easy . But the team gave me ample time and assurance for transition without being pushy on any level. Rose kept giving me tips and constant feedback for facilitating the transition. On instances, occasionally , whenever I had concerns about the daycare or my kid , Rose, Angelica and my daughter's teachers - Teacher Manpreet and Rajvir have always extended their helping hands and never made me feel left out or helpless. I feel being heard , understood when talk to them about my concerns. I have witnessed time and again , the staff has taken efforts to make improvements in the system whenever any feedback was given to them. They're very approachable and understanding and act on the areas of concern at the earliest. A special shoutout to Teacher Rajvir , Teacher Manpreet, Teacher Navjot . Working with the three of them , I can say that these three teachers are real gems .They are very dutiful and their love for kids can be seen in the amount of effort and care they put in the children .They always go above and beyond to help all the kids in their classroom. They teach them to be independent and at the same time discipline them. I feel lucky and I'm happy that I found these teachers.I am now able to resume my work post my maternity leave knowing my kid is at a happy place and in good hands.

Our experience at Kids Valley with our boys has been very positive, and the staff have always been caring, supportive, and attentive to the children’s needs. I appreciate the safe and welcoming environment they provide, and it has given me peace of mind knowing my children are well cared for.

Kids Valley is definitely the best daycare, we are so happy that we enrolled our son here. We visited multiple daycares in Leduc, and Kids Valley is the only one that we considered. Special shout out to Rose for being so kind and welcoming when we were on our search. Each and every staff member goes above and beyond and they are in constant communication with us. My son absolutely loves all of the teachers and staff that works there, and they all love him back! They treat us like we are apart of the family, and I'm so grateful for each and every one of them. If you're looking for a daycare for your little, I absolutely recommend checking out Kids Valley.

My son has been attending Kids Valley since 2021. I love the care and attention all of the staff and teachers provide. They go above and beyond to give my son a fun experience. They plan so many fun activities throughout the summer and holiday season. All the meals are fantastic and made on-site. I know that my son is in good hands.

We have been at Kids Valley since October 2020 and it has been a great experience. The teachers are so amazing with the kids (all of them are excellent, but if you can get teacher Marecel or Grace, your kids are in great hands), the food they provide is nutritious and so convenient. My daughter has been so happy to go to daycare since we switched her into Kids Valley. Highly recommend this facility.
