They did not offer any help with writing the notary. I had to walk in the cold to get it printed and get wifi. I really wish they were more helpful. Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you accommodated my appointment despite my delay, and I acknowledge that I should have communicated better about my timing. However, my review was not about whether you provide public Wi-Fi or prepare legal documents for clients. My concern was that I was not informed beforehand that I would need to prepare my own notary document, which left me scrambling to find a place to print it and access the internet. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I expected clearer guidance before my appointment. My review reflects my personal experience and how I felt as a client. Better communication about what clients need to bring and prepare in advance could help prevent similar situations for others
