We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this daycare, and I’m truly grateful for the care they give to my 3-year-old daughter. From the very beginning, the teachers were incredibly patient and supportive in helping her adjust, which meant so much to us as parents. What I love most is how warm and welcoming the environment is. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and it shows in the way they interact with them every day. They create fun, engaging activities that keep the kids happy, learning, and excited to come back. I also really appreciate how approachable and communicative the staff are. At pick-up time, they always take a moment to share how my daughter’s day went, which gives me peace of mind and helps me feel connected to her daily experiences. Most importantly, I feel confident knowing my daughter is safe, cared for, and in good hands. Our daughter has been attending Newcastle Daycare since she was one year old. From Melody and Binita in the infant room to Rashda, Lina, Asmaa, and the rest of the amazing team in the toddler and preschool rooms, she has always been in great hands. It truly speaks volumes when your child is excited to go to daycare each morning—and just as cheerful when you pick them up. The positive, happy energy is there not only for our daughter but for all the children, which says so much about the environment the educators create.
