What’s the best way to talk to someone in a position of authority in this company. I am having trouble with Onkar insurance with unclear communication and lack of response to my emails. I have been overcharged for travel insurance for somebody who never entered Canada. Everytime I call I speak to a new person and they do nothing to follow up. I’m not getting a response in writing. They deliberately keep it verbal and there is no record of the promises they make. They keep sending me emails about charging me more for no reason at all. I have requested them to put me in touch with someone who can actually do something but they keep making me go round and round in circles. I need help if you are reading this.
