Strathcona Child Development Centre

The staff here are incredible. Everyone one of them genuinely cares for your kids, and goes the extra mile for them. The pictures and updates they send everyday above and beyond. The food they eat is incredible. I could go on and on. They have exceeded all of our standards and made the transition to daycare so easy for our family. I could go on and on about this place and its people. No place better.

We have been so incredibly happy with our decision to send our daughter to SCDC. Such a warm, welcoming and safe environment. The staff are so caring and truly have the children's best interest at heart always. We would highly highly recommend Danielle and her team!

Our daughter has been going to SCDC since Sept 2024 and I cant say enough good things about this daycare! The teachers are really kind and warm to the children and I love that the rooms have big windows. They take the children out into the community and they do educational games with them, plus they do yoga (my daughter loves this)! The owner Danielle is also fantastic!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Strathcona child development centre! From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and love that surrounds this wonderful place. The staff is incredibly nurturing, attentive, and genuinely cares for each child as if they were their own. Every day my baby lights up when bring him here, this is his home away from home. He started quite young at 7 months, I thought it was gonna be the worst transition, but he can't get enough of his teachers and the home cooked meals they provide for him here. He's has never cried dropping him off, and he's never in a hurry to leave. I know my little guy is being well taken care of. The facility is clean, bright, and filled with age-appropriate toys and learning materials that spark curiosity and imagination. I love the consistent communication from the teachers; receiving updates and photos throughout the day truly puts my mind at ease and strengthens the connection between home and daycare. I wholeheartedly recommend strathcona child development centre to any parent looking for a nurturing environment where children can thrive, explore, and make lasting friendships.
