had a very disappointing experience with this accountant. From the beginning, it felt like the focus was more on collecting payment than actually providing professional service. Once I paid, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I received no response. It’s extremely frustrating to be promised support and then be ignored when you actually need help. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and no respect for my time or concerns. and professional when I came to the office to meet the person who did my tax return, he was yelling screaming at me then he asked me to deal with it even I did pay him more than enough? I have been in the business for the past 40 years. I never see something like that before Accounting. Not professional at all ? I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy
