Suntree Daycare & OSC Centre

Parveen at Suntree Daycare is simply outstanding. She’s nurturing and attentive, always making sure my child feels safe, happy, and engaged. I also love how well the daily activities are documented in the parent app — I get pictures of my child during activities, plus updates on meals and naps. It gives me peace of mind knowing exactly how her day is going. Tan, the manager, is equally amazing. She communicates clearly with parents, always listens to our needs, and provides excellent customer service. Together, they make Suntree Daycare a place I can fully trust with my child’s care. Even if my daughter doesnt directly deal with all the other educators, I can honestly say that from what I've seen the whole staff is simply amazing, you can see that they really like children, it's not just a job, they take care of the kids as if they were their own.

My oldest son started Suntree when it first opened in November 2023. Initially, they lacked communication and organization. My son did not like daycare at all and I was beginning to get truly concerned. I even started looking at other daycare centres because he just was not happy going there everyday! When Marcel, the new director, came in everything changed for the better. She communicates everything, always greets the parents and children in the morning, explains things properly and when you have any concerns/issues, she always listens and finds a solution. My second son started almost a month ago and he is super happy to be going to Suntree, both my boys are. The staff is very nice and genuinely cares about the children.

My son has been attending Suntree daycare since January 2024, and he has been having so much fun. With the app that Suntree provides, I'm able to see my son's activities, games he plays, crafts he does, and I get updates on the food the daycare provides too. Marecel is the new assistant director of Suntree and she is super friendly, her and the other teachers in the daycare are incredibly welcoming and will greet the parents and children as they come to class in the morning. They ask about what goals you have for your kids, and I think that is so helpful of them. My son has become more talkative, and has been reaching more and more of his important mile stones. Everyone there is very encouraging, even the other children at Suntree give hugs and support to other kids that might be having a rough time. Thank you for being so great!

I have recently switched my girls over to Suntree daycare and they are so much happier!! The staff actually tell you about their day and post lots of pictures! I get updates on my toddlers eating and bathroom activities which is helpful with toilet training. They do lots of activities. It’s all around a better experience than our last centre! Marecel the assistant director is super friendly and greats us by name which is nice and makes me feel safer leaving my children with her. One of the other things that I really appreciate is how fast and friendly they are at responding to any concerns I may have. I have no concerns leaving my children in their amazing care.

My son and daughter attend Suntree Daycare and I am so happy to see how excited they are when we get there in the morning. They talk about their teachers a lot at home. They do cool activities every day and just overall happy with how they communicate with us.
