Birch & Bear Pizza

My favourite pizza in the city. There’s something about the dough that’s unmatched. I first tried it at ale architect but glad to see they have their own spot now. Glad I don’t live close or I’d be eating here weekly. Good selection of beers too!

I had an amazing experience at Birch and Bear Pizza! Their gluten-free pizza crust was seriously impressive — crispy and delicious. They also offer tasty ice cream served in a cup, which was a nice treat. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and made me feel confident about my order. Plus, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great gluten-free options!

A lady friend and I went for lunch at 1 pm today..quaint and relaxing..no loud music so easy to visit..fast, pleasant service. She had to be patient with us while we took time to choose our pizza selections; she was. Also enjoyed a kids size portion of ice cream for desert, tasty. Not always keen on thin crust since it is often soft. This crust was thin and CRISPY..it was good. An overall positive experience. We will be back..Thank you.

Stopped in here last weekend and loved it! The pizza was absolutely delicious and they have a great selection of craft beer and pop. Plus, they're located right by the river valley which makes it the perfect place to go for a mid-ride meal, and every table has a clear view out the window so you can feel comfortable leaving your bikes outside. Shout out to our server Mikaila for being patient with my friends and I despite us taking forever to decide what we wanted. We'll definitely be back!

Leek pizza is popular and was recommended to us by the server. It was an excellent choice if you like truffle. Wood fired oven pizza and Yelo'd ice cream for dessert.
