Great Canadian Pizza & Rooster Chicken

Latest may 19 th My order was so off that I called and asked if I got someone else’s order. First of all there was olives all over it. I never order olives. One pizza was ordered thin crust the other hand tossed. They were both thin crust. One was ordered with spinach. None had spinach. I had people at home hungry. I called the pizza place they wanted me to return the pizza delaying dinner and pick up the correct order. This place is a waste of time I see there are some other pizza places that are close I might switch it up. Well their pizza is good that’s the only reason I went back. this is the 3rd time ordering from here and I just thought they might have been off days. 1st time I waited an additional 25min in their entrance 2nd time they said it will be 15 min and that was after the estimated pickup time. 3rd time I placed my order at 5:44 and they said 6:04 it is now 6:30 and I’m still waiting (Update 6:32 we got it now and they didn’t give us our dipping sauces I’m not driving back. lol we opened up our pizza and the toppings didn’t start for about 4” in from the edge look at the pic) Just be honest with people when it will me ready.

Wanted chicken and fries and gravy, (the gravy was like water)and a Donair. Thought I'd try a new place. Donair was good but too soggy, I would recommend getting the sauce on the side . Ordered spicy chicken, got regular instead. Very bland. The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside, the large pieces were totally raw in the middle. Was grossed out. Horrible. My dog liked the raw chicken tho.

Ordered 4 jumbo donairs with cheese....got 4 regular donairs no cheese almost no veggies even when asking for extra. Paid extra for cheese and jumbo. Literally the smallest donairs I have ever seen and not worth the extra almost 10 dollar charge. Very unsatisfied and of course they are closed now so we get no help with the problems. Whoever closed sycks at their job. 57 dollars for 4 tiny donairs. Notimpressed at all

I've order this establishment for a few times. I haven't had such a good experience, even with other pizza places, the care that goes with your order is above and beyond. Keep up the excellent work.

Excellent food and superb service. Best pizza ever.
