My son said he wanted to take me to the best pizza place in Edmonton. He wasn’t lying! I can honestly say this was the absolute BEST pizza I have ever tasted. Absolutely incredible. Very generous toppings and baked to perfection. They have made it so I will compare any other pizza I have to theirs. 100% recommend.

Walked in at around 1230 and there were slices that I could buy and take out. The pizza is pillowy and crunchy on the edges with perfectly cooked cheese. The tomato sauce is insanely vibrant - tart yet sweet with that savory tomato flavor. I got a big slice and a drink for 6$. I think its a bit far from Whyte, but still close enough that you can have some quiet and delicious pizza. Would definitely recommend out of town friends to come here.

I’m not exaggerating, this might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. The balance is perfect. The sauce, toppings, and crust all come together without anything overpowering the other. It’s Detroit deep dish style, but not overly heavy—the crust is crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best parts. We ordered the Dirt City Deluxe and the Meatallica for takeout, and it smelled so good we couldn’t wait—we ate our first slice in the car. We live 2.5 hours away, and I would absolutely make that drive again just for this pizza. I even tested it a few different ways: ± Fresh: unbeatable ± After sitting on the counter for about 3 hours: still really good ± Cold the next day: still hits ± Microwave: least favorite It’s also super filling. You could easily order a small and be full. 10/10. Definitely coming back.

We ordered the Burger She Wrote with extra cheese double baked, and it exceeded our expectations. The pizza was absolutely delicious, loaded with flavor, and prepared perfectly. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail really stood out. We’ll definitely be ordering from High Dough Pizza again and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family. Great food and a great experience all around!

The pizza itself is amazing, they do not skimp on toppings and the crust is thick and cooked wonderfully. The service was also amazing - I got a vegan cheese substituteon the pizza and she went out of her way to add in an extra lactose free sauce, as well as noted which ones had lactose in them. Will absolutely be back and will recommend this place highly!
