Obviously one of our favourite Mediterranean restaurants. The service is top notch and always feels warm and welcoming. We really appreciate the little touches like the complimentary tea the refreshing ginger mint shot and the baklava at the end. It makes the whole experience feel thoughtful and complete. The staff are attentive without being overwhelming and everything runs smoothly. Overall, it’s a place we genuinely enjoy coming back to for both the food and the hospitality.

I was going to this restaurant yesterday! As a Vietnamese, this restaurant is really good! Everything from the food, services and employees is really excellent! I am not here to be flattery ! Because I am just a customer to pay my money to have a service here. However, it is really worth with your money because you will receive more what you give. I recommended Ya akhee whose name is Yaseen. He is really kind and serves me and my friends considerately! I swear you will not regret if Yaseen serves your meal in this restaurant! From Vietnam with love 🇻🇳❤️. Oh btw! You can also be served with free tea! It is really delicious and tasty ! And It is all free! So you don’t have to be worried too much !!!!

We had an amazing experience at Jerusalem Shawarma today! The food was delicious as always, but what made this visit unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the staff. When they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary cake, lit a candle, and all the staff gathered around to clap and celebrate with me. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that turned an ordinary dinner into a beautiful memory. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. Your kindness and hospitality mean more than you know. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

🌯🍮 My first visit to Jerusalem Shawarma was for their kebab plate, which was delicious, but what really won me over were the desserts! After dinner, I couldn’t resist trying the Milk Cake and Caramel Custard Pudding, and both were absolutely amazing. 🤩 The Milk Cake was rich and flavorful, and the Caramel Custard Pudding was one of the best I’ve had. In fact, I’ve gone back several times since then just for dessert! The food, desserts, and service have always been great. The restaurant is usually quite busy, which speaks to its popularity, though it can get a little loud during peak hours. 😊 Overall, a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal and some truly irresistible desserts!

This was our first time at the downtown location (by MacEwan University and the Ice District)that has been open for a year now. You can expect the same quality food, generous portions and menu choices you'd find at the other locations. You can also expect the sane attention to service with complimentary samples of tea and baklava. We consider this a phenomenal option for a healthy meal at a reasonable price. If you like lamb... try their lamb chops which are absolutely amazing!
