Little Village

All I have to say is wow. The food is exquisite. Portions are decent, and the prices are great. The boys there are great and friendly. It's a tiny little spot that just has an excellent casual vibe. A pretty great place to take a first date to or to enjoy your 50th anniversary dinner.

We had just visited Apache seeds and we asked the ladies working there where they would recommend a good place to eat. Without a seconds thought they said the Greek restaurant across the street!! Well it was DEFINITELY Worth the massive road construction detours to get there!! This is easily one of the BEST plates of Greek food I've ever had at restaurant and to have it ready in minutes!!! Every bite was amazing. Every food item was spectacular. I was originally unsure of the beans when the guy at the till explained what the dish came with but man was I proven WRONG!! Those beans were SOOO good and the potatoes had such intense flavor! The lamb literally just pulls off the bone and had fantastic flavor and moisture. We ended on some super delicious baklava!! Definitely recommend this place. 10/10. We will be coming back whenever in this area.

What a treat it was to have this yummy braised lamb family meal. Greek potatoes, rice, tzatziki and the star: 4 lamb shanks. It was a delicious meal for a cozy night in. Will definitely order again! Hope they add moussaka to the menu!

Great place to stop for lunch. Despite the LRT construction going on and difficulties to navigate, it is worth to visit. Greek salad was fresh and delicious, Dolmades - rice and meat stuffed grape leaves - very tasty, Mediterranean genre of cabbage rolls, but more savory. Ribs had a distinct flavour, and lemon flavored potatoes completed the meal. The place is also decorated with simple, but classy designed furniture and has an incredible canopy of green south European plants. Washroom is spacious and clean.

This is a small family restaurant. I went there for lunch for the first time after walking the Mackenzie ravine. Although it is small, it is very clean and tidy. I wish all restaurants should have this kind of high standard. The food was very good. The service was friendly. I liked the potatoes, the ribs and the lamb. Would like to go back there to try some more dishes.
