Monty's Pizza

Greek pizza done properly. Pick-up - was recommended from a friend that we try this. Ordered online a medium and created our own. Medium pizza for $40 Very tasty and filling. There is no where to sit and eat so we dined in the parking lot from the back if the vehicle. Highly recommend!

Stopped here while going through Edmonton and it was amazing. It was around Christmas time and the owner served us and gave us free chocolates for Christmas. Locally owned. I didn't expect much from the food but it blew my socks off. Definitely a must if you are in Edmonton.

I love Monty's Pizza. They are not cheap on the cheese. And the under carriage is perfect, not too thick or doughy, just a perfect ratio. I hope they come out with a deep dish. Because they have the perfect crust and undercarriage for it.

Monty's is takeout only as far as I know, but it's probably the best iteration of Alberta-style pizza in existence. Toppings piled high, crispy, well-done crust, melty, crispy cheese on top. I remember calling and they would answer with my first name, asking how I am, and asking if I wanted to order the same thing as last time. Always polite and genuinely friendly when I pick up. This pizza reheats well the next day and is one of the most unique pizza shops in the city. Old school, thick pizza.

Amazing food! Wonderful people that take great pride in what they do. The lettuce wrapped burger they made for was not only delicious but functional and gorgeous. The pizza is to die for!! If you like a Greek salad there is no comparison! Oh, and the crispy chicken sandwich is off the hook. FRIES, YUM!
