Pizza 73

I have been buying the Chicken Shawarma Pizza from your store for the past three years, and it has always been one of my favorites. However, since around March of this year, the quality has declined significantly. The pizza now contains very little chicken or other toppings, making it feel like a waste of money. The last time we ordered, we only noticed the lack of fillings after getting home and opening the box, and we were very disappointed. Today, at around 9:00 PM, we ordered the same pizza again. This time, we opened the box inside the store to check before leaving. Unfortunately, the pizza was the same, with very minimal toppings. When we politely asked the staff about it, their attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. Ironically, these are the same staff members who used to make excellent pizzas before. They simply told us, “This is how the pizza is now.” I have attached a photo for your reference. I kindly request that the manager look into this issue. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I would hate to stop ordering because of the declining quality and poor customer service. If this continues, I believe many other loyal customers may also choose to go elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to address this concern. I hope to see the quality and service return to the standard that made your store so popular.

Very strange experience. We order from here all the time for delivery. Half of the things we order are vegan for the non-meat eaters in the group. On Friday (March 20th) around 5:30 pm we ordered our usual for everyone. The plant-based burger had a gross chicken wing put into the burger so the person eating it would bite into bones. It was really weird and just gross. Everything else seemed fine, but the whole group was so disgusted no one would eat anything else. Total waste of money. I tried to phone twice just to let the manager know someone there might be tampering with the food. I could never get through to anyone so I have to let them know through a review. None of the people in my group want to keep ordering from here which I think is a shame because it’s probably just one employee’s bad behavior.

Ordered delivery soooo delicious tried some new stuff crust pizzas and the new chicken tenders, amazing!!!

We ordered large cheese pizza, curly fries and they were delicious!! Very affordable also - the staff were also very friendly when we picked up the order 🙂 Best pizza 73 we went to, this deserves a high review

One star shouldn’t be aloud this is horrible I ordered a gluten free with extra vegan cheese and paid 4 dollars extra for it I ordered it in Uber eats. This is very clearly inedible like they Litterly could not of done worse if they tried absolutely deploarable.!!! I would be so ashamed if I was the manager or let this out of my store!!!! Nuggets arrived BURNT and cold to and look at the lack of toppings these 2 pizza and the burnt nuggets costed me 77$ luckily Uber eats decided it was completely unacceptable and immediately refunded me. This is horrible I posted this on Facebook and 37 people responded saying how bad service they’ve gotten !! Pictures will be on every platform
