Red Swan Pizza - St. Albert

Under cooked pizza and cheese sticks. Bottoms were soft and doughy. Called to let them know and was placed on hold for no one to come back to the phone.

Great customer service. Recommended Quick stop for a pizza snack.

This is not my usual location I go to. I took advantage of the back to school deal, 50% off. The pepperoni pizza tasted slightly off but it was OK. The donair pizza could use more sauce and a little more meat. It was decent. At least it was 50% off.

Pizza is really good but over-priced. it cost us 17.50 for two slices of cheesecake. The slices weren't very big either, so it felt like a bit of a rip off. XLarge pizza (16") pep and mushroom was 27.45 with not a lot of toppings added. Taste was great. We ordered regular style crust and it came to us thin and cut like a deep dish even tho it was a round. Unexpectedly contained sesame seeds on the crust as well, not a problem for us but a warning to others. at this price you could get pizza hut and the quality would be about the same for the pie, but you'd get more bang for your buck with toppings and know what to expect IMO. Overall not bad but wouldn't buy again.

He took the time to answer my questions and offered valuable recommendations. It made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this store for anyone who appreciates delicious food, efficient service, and a warm atmosphere.
