Solar Brunch

Such a fantastic spot for Brunch. The place is new, so everything just feels nice. The food was very well presented and tasted great. Decent portion sizes and definitely served its purpose. The staff are super friendly, I really liked them actually. Got to check this place out

Seen Solar driving to our hotel and it was just around the corner. We popped in for brunch and it was delicious. The Staff was super friendly we even met the owners. Booths were very comfy, the beermosas and mimosas were served as a flight which was awesome because who doesn’t like a little variety with a higher percentage champagne that was sooo good. We got three different dishes and the duck bacon to try. Everything was unreal. Highly recommend ! Photos for proof !

The Solar brunch menu and bright atmosphere are a much needed addition to the neighbourhood breakfast scene. The menu is made up of brunch standards, but all with a unique twist. As a vegetarian, I super appreciated that there are numerous full breakfasts that didn't require any substitutions or customization. I had the Fiesta Bowl. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the pico de gallo fresh and bright. My partner had the Surf Benny and loved the hashbrowns. Our friend had the Tuscan Frittata and said the texutre was pefect, and the there was just the right amount of balsamic flavour on the generous pile of arugula. What really stood out with the food was that everything was made in house. The pico, the hollandaise, the hasbrowns (a true star of all our dishes!) all had something unique and delicious vs other brunch spots. The portions are just right with everyone finishing their meal and leaving statisifed. The coffee from The Colombian is smooth, rich, and fully staisfying even as a plain drip. The room is bright, airy, and inviting. Staff were warm and welcoming. We'll defintely be back!

Great place for brunch, their solar Bennies are delicious. I had also their French toast, simple and on point. The only thing, the sat me on a tiny bar, kind of in the middle of people’s way. Not the best spot if there are other tables available. If the place is full, i understand, but there were many other tables at the time I arrived.

The atmosphere is fantastic, but what really sets this place apart is the people. Exceptionally friendly and unique, the staff makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The service is prompt and attentive, and the pricing is very fair for the quality of food and experience you receive. Whether you're bringing the whole family or just catching up with friends, it’s the perfect setting for a weekend meal. Highly recommended!
