Taste of Ethiopia

I have had the vegan platter twice now. Once with injera, another with rice. One had a beet dish, the second with some sort of sauce greens. Both had lentils, split pea/potatoes, and cabbage. All of it is AMAZING. Such lovely owners and delicious hearty food, great combination.

I had gotten the pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious. The very first bite my mouth exploded with flavors, the fresh fruits, the syrup, the soft and creamy whipped cream mixed with the fluffy flavors of the pancake. The food was delicious and kept me full the entire day, not too mention that the pancakes are not only scrumptious, but also cheap and affordable for those who cant spend too much money while out. The food at this vendor is much better than any fast food restaurant out there. I highly recommend everybody tries a bite of this food.

It's been a long time since I had Ethiopian food and this just hit the spot! My husband and I shared the lunch sample platter and beef samosa. The shell of the samosa was thin and crispy, just how I like it. The variety of flavours and spices included on the platter were delightful. The bread was also the perfect vessel to mix and match the different items.

Friendly lady at the Bountiful Farmer's Market. I had a Spicey Tibbs wrap, and the Injera was amazing! So soft yet held the food together well. Good seasoning on the meat too 🤤
