Have gone twice now within the last few weeks. Nacha is amazing. My muscles in my shoulder and neck area have been so tense and tight lately and I got the deep therapeutic massage. I come out of there feeling much more relaxed. She even recommended and showed me stretches to do. Would definitely recommend her.
