She made the whole check-in process smooth and easy, answered my questions with patience, and genuinely made me feel taken care of before my appointment even started. It’s rare to come across someone who is both organized and so naturally kind, but Danitra really sets the tone for the entire space. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the visit feel relaxed and seamless. You can tell she truly cares about the clients’ experience. I called in and book an ear Candling appointment through the phone with leanna. I was super nervous about it, Leanna was super calm and walked me through it on the phone and I felt at ease. After my appointment I loved it. It was so relaxing. I've had wonderful experiences at this spa. Would highly recommend! Leanna gives such great customer service. Thank you!

I have now been to Namaste for two massages, both with Kaley. She was able to target areas especially my lower back to ease the discomfort that I had. I left the spa feeling very refreshed, slept great that night and the pain was gone the next day. I will definitely be back to see Kaley again. Staff are also very friendly including the receptionist.
