I’ve had such a great experience with Mahsa and can’t recommend her enough!! She is incredibly accommodating and understanding, even on occasions when I’ve been late, which I truly appreciate. She does a very thorough and effective job, and always checks in throughout the session to make sure I’m comfortable and that the laser level is appropriate. She also takes the time to clearly explain everything, including proper before and after care, which makes the whole process feel much more reassuring. Mahsa is professional, kind, and efficient sessions are always smooth and surprisingly sooo fast i love it! After 4 full-body sessions, I’ve seen amazing results, with about 60–70% hair reduction in most areas and up to 80–90% in others. Overall, I highly recommend booking with her. The pricing is the best I’ve come across in Edmonton, can’t beat their laser package deals. Definitely consider visiting Downtown Orchid Skin Therapy and asking for Mahsa!!
