My initial review was a 5 star after my first and second visit for IPL. I was truly happy with the results. My third, fourth and final visit were vastly different. Maybe it's because it was a GROUPON deal? I don't know. Yes, Pam does try to upsell as this is her job, however, I found she was visibly disappointed when I refused any upsells as well as being argumentative around certain facial products that I KNEW weren't right for my rosacea type skin. Her initially careful and thorough technique changed abruptly as well when I mentioned going to see my dermatologist for a different type of laser that would remove the stubborn broken capillaries. I actually texted her after that appointment because I felt she was angry at me and I wanted her to know she was doing a good job but that I needed more than what her treatment could offer. However, from then on her technique and attitude changed. She was missing large areas of my face and was not at all consistent in the use of the laser. She was rushed and her energy changed. The final straw was her rude behavior when I came to my final appointment. I waited for 15 minutes, assuming she had another client. No big deal. When she came out to get me (she didn't have another client) she didn't apologize for the wait. I commented on how beautiful her hair was and instead of thanking me she set in on me about how I STILL have rosacea and that it is because I missed SO many appointments. I didn't miss appointments but rescheduled the last one because my car was in the shop and I did so with notice. She canceled one as well. People have lives! And if she truly understood rosacea, she would know there is no cure only careful maintenance along with a doctors help/medications. This interaction was not helpful at all and not professional. I left without the treatment. I came to remove my previous five star review and saw several other, similar experiences with her. I hope she realizes that pushy, guilting and shaming behavior loses clients and hinders the success of the spa. I will not leave this review up forever but I do think it is necessary in order for others to know this was an experience that happened as well as giving Pam the opportunity to change.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! Worst spa experience I’ve ever had. My first visit she tried to upsell me on my facial, because she claimed I smoked and that “I could really use it”. So rude. I live in Edmonton, a 45min drive each way. I bought a package of 3 facials because I saw the reviews online were exceptional. Boy was I wrong...she must have her friends and family creating reviews because this place is an absolute sham. After my long drive into Beaumont for my second appointment (and even confirming it two days prior) she no-showed. When I tried to contact her, she cut off communication with me completely and refused to discuss a refund for the no-show. She claimed she was in an accident and even went so far to say I should have shown up to help her... needless to say, I won't be going back for my last 2 facials and obviously did not get any compensation. This woman and business is unprofessional and unreliable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. I went in for laser hair removal, and not only was I burned, but the esthetician (Pam?) didn’t apologize or show any concern at all. The service itself was poorly done—she left multiple sections unfinished, weeks later the hair grew back all patchy. I have had laser before so I knew what to expect. The overall quality was far below basic expectations. On top of that, she was extremely unpersonable and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Despite the burns and the poor job, I was still charged full price. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.

WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER. This woman tried to upsell me from the moment I arrived even though I was already paying hundreds of dollars. She made rude comments about my appearance, claiming I "needed" the extra treatments. The facial was painful even though she said I wouldn't feel anything, I was twinging every time she touched my face. I told her it was hurting and her comment was "well it doesn't hurt for anyone else". Not only is she unprofessional, she is unreliable. I tried for weeks to even get in contact to make this appointment (as I had a Groupon) and then she cancelled last minute twice. I already had a bad impression and then received the worst facial ever. I don't know where these other 5 star reviews come from because my experience was terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

I was pleasantly surprised , laser hair removal didn’t hurt at all . They have a cooling system for the laser so it dosnt get super hot as well . This is my first time getting laser hair removal. I’m unsure of the results yet as it was just done but I will re update / or repost again in 6 sessions ! I’m sorry I forgot your name ! But you did a great job and were really great at reassuring me it wasn’t going to hurt !
