Jennifer is amazing! I have always felt welcomed and appreciate the sense of community here. I've always felt comfortable and safe adapting movement if I needed, whether due to injury or pregnancy.

Started doing Reformer Pilates with Jen about a year ago. It’s been great for building strength, improving flexibility, stretching, and ability to modify to make it easier or harder pending your body’s needs. Jen is great at explaining how to do the movements, creating an inclusive environment and pushing you to make sure you are challenged. Would highly recommend!

Jen is absolutely fantastic! She is a wonderful instructor and corrects you if you are incorrect. She not only tells you how to perform the move, but WHY you are doing it. The classes are perfectly modified to your level. I love it here!

If you are wanting incredible guidance, a warm, welcoming environment, and a great workout that leaves you wanting to come back, this is it! Jen and her team are wonderful and you cant be the price for reformer pilates. Highly recommend!
