I had a massage with Ulma today and had such a great experience! I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying her Thai massage next time. Our whole family has been coming to RiseUp Massage, and we’ve always had a great experience. They have a large team of therapists, each with their own unique style and strengths, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad massage here. One of the things I really appreciate is how convenient they make booking. I’ve often been able to get an appointment the same day, and they offer evening appointments too, which is a huge plus for busy schedules. The facility is always clean and welcoming, the staff are incredibly friendly, and there are lots of options depending on the type of massage you’re looking for. Highly recommend RiseUp Massage — definitely a five-star experience for our family!

Shawna was amazing and very knowledgeable, she was able to provide me with a lot of information and advice. She was able to help workout some leg soreness from hockey and gave some insightful extensive advice on regular stretches to try. Would recommend!

I’ve had well over 100 massages in my life, and I can confidently say this was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Victoria is truly exceptional at what she does. She addressed a shoulder issue I’ve been dealing with for years, and I felt a real, noticeable change - something I honestly didn’t think was possible after just one session. What really stood out was her ability to strike the perfect balance between therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Her knowledge and technique were outstanding! I left feeling both physically better and completely relaxed. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or just want an incredible massage from someone who genuinely cares, I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough.

Wow. Amazing experience. My massage was 10/10. Melissa was the one who did my massage. She is so kind and very good at what she does. I will definitely be coming back to rise up massage and wellness. They have the cutest snack set up for their clients with drinks. Wow so sweet. And the building is beautiful and so relaxing! 10/10 totally coming back!
