My husband and I recently had the most wonderful wellness date at Soultary, and it was exactly what we both needed. We started our experience with the SOQI Bed, which was completely new to us. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved it. It was incredibly calming, deeply relaxing, and left me feeling grounded and balanced. It felt like my entire nervous system could finally exhale. We then each enjoyed a float session, giving us the opportunity to completely switch off from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves. We finished our visit in the sauna, and by the time we left, we both felt calm, connected, restored, and so much lighter. What really stood out was the environment. Soultary has created a space that feels warm, welcoming, inviting, and genuinely inclusive. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for, and their kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience even more special. We highly recommend Soultary to anyone looking to invest in their wellbeing. Whether you’re planning a relaxing date with your partner or treating yourself to a solo self-care experience, it’s the perfect place to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and recharge. We didn’t even get to experience everything they offer, so we’re already looking forward to coming back for another date! We even bought gift cards for our friends!

I purchased the grand opening package and every service I’ve tried has been amazing. On my first visit, I did the cold plunge, steam shower, infrared sauna, massage, and red light therapy. I was really nervous about trying the float, but they took the time to walk me through it and answer all my questions, which made me feel so much more comfortable. I went back yesterday and finally tried the float, along with Reiki and a lymphatic facial massage — and it was incredible. I wasn’t nearly as scared of the float as I thought I would be, and I was able to fully relax. The Reiki was wonderful, and the facial massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Zorana was amazing throughout the entire experience. Don't let the location deter you from checking this place out - lots of free parking off Stony Plain Road and absolutely serene and quiet inside the wellness center. Highly recommend!

I had such an incredible experience at Soultuary Float & Wellness Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt immediately at ease. The space itself has such a calming, therapeutic ambiance, it’s clean, well-kept, and feels both luxurious and deeply relaxing. I booked a massage with Carlos, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. His technique, attention to detail, and ability to truly listen to my body and adjust in the moment was exceptional. He was professional, intuitive, and made sure to focus on all the areas I needed. The hot towels were such an amazing touch, they felt absolutely incredible. After my massage, I did the infrared sauna followed by a float, and I highly recommend that combination. Sweating first, then rinsing off and dropping into the float tank was such a powerful and restorative experience. The staff were kind, helpful, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of experience you receive. I left feeling completely relaxed, cared for, and reset. I’ll definitely be back.

Soultuary Wellness Center, is a place to go if you would like a whole-body reset & relaxation. The atmosphere is warm & inviting; the staff are genuine & are attentive to all of my needs for a transformative spa retreat. I had a float, which was absolute bliss & a massage. What stood out most was Carlos' attention to detail with my massage it was a total reset with the deep tissue work & the attention to what I asked to be focused on which was my neck, lower back & my one knee. I have never had a massage where I felt so much relief because of the ways he supported & addressed my issues with such detail & attention. I’ll definitely be returning & recommending!! Thank you!

I'd wanted to try a float pod for years, but I was hesitant because I can be a bit claustrophobic. After meeting the owners of Soultuary Wellness, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. The float pod was much more spacious than I expected. I loved that I could choose whether to have the lights on or off, and I could easily reach the lid and leave it fully open, closed, or somewhere in between. That made me feel completely comfortable and in control. Having a private shower in the same room was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
