Wellness Within

I’ve been going to various classes at Wellness Within for over a year now, and have loved every minute! All of the instructors are so knowledgable, and bring kindness and skill to their classes. The studio itself is a beautiful and welcoming space, where community is valued and fostered. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful space in St. Albert to celebrate and challenge ourselves 🤍

The pedicure service I received was exceptional, and my Esthetician , Kassandra, was absolutely wonderful. I had previously gone to one of those fast-paced nail places and ended up with an injury that took months to heal, so I was very nervous about trying somewhere new- but thank goodness I found this place. Being treated by a certified esthetician made all the difference. My feet feel and look great- and there was no pain or irritation. The care, attention, and professionalism were beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I will definitely be coming back and see Kassandra again !!! ;))

I love Wellness Within. It is a lovely and relaxing environment. Grace MacIntyre is an excellent deep tissue therapist. I have been seeing her consistently for nearly three years and she always does a great job on her treatments. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to work out all the kinks and soreness. I always feel so much better. Highly recommend- thanks Grace!!!

Grace is an amazing massage therapist! She truly knows what she’s doing and can pinpoint exactly where the knots and sore spots are. Her technique is both effective and intentional, and I love that she incorporates stretching into the session, it makes such a difference. I always leave feeling incredibly relieved, and my body feels so much better after every appointment. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a run of bad luck finding a massage therapist while my regular therapist has been on maternity leave, so on a whim I booked an appointment with Lea and I’m so glad I did! She was absolutely amazing. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for and performed an effective treatment for my problem areas. She also has such a warm, calming presence and even recommended a few exercises to help support my recovery between appointments. I’ve already booked my next session with her and would highly recommend Lea to anyone looking for a massage therapist.
