Allstars Indoor Playland

I would rate them 3 star because i brought my kids to this place. Toddler area. Jumping, climbing and obstacles were okay but half of the coin games were not working. Lack of maintenance and staff. I am attached the pics of games were not working. If your kids are just interested in jumping, climbing and obstacles area then its good to go ( variety of such activities).

Giving a 2 star because the equipment itself was really fun for the kids. But the play area was VERY dirty, including washrooms (picture attached). There was old bandaids, tissues, crumbs from food. It looked like the whole building hadn’t been cleaned in some time.

Wish i could give you even less than one star.. I’m extremely disappointed with the food quality at All Stars Indoor Playground in Edmonton. Unfortunately, the food was one of the biggest downsides of our experience and, to be honest, it took away from what was supposed to be a special celebration. The pizzas were extremely disappointing—poor quality, unpleasant in taste, and definitely not what you would expect for the price. The overall food quality was substandard, and the portions were surprisingly small. Considering how much we paid, the value for money was extremely poor. The fruit tray was particularly disappointing. It was priced at a whopping $45, yet the quantity of fruit provided was very small and nowhere near what we expected for that price. The other food platters were also very limited in quantity and, unfortunately, the quality was not acceptable. Several of our guests were so unhappy with the taste and quality that they could barely eat the food. Almost nobody enjoyed the food, and many guests commented on how disappointing it was. I personally felt ill the next day after eating their food..yikesss I understand that food at an indoor playground may not be expected to be gourmet, but when customers are paying premium prices for party food, there should at least be reasonable portions and acceptable quality. Sadly, the poor food quality and value negatively affected our celebration and left us very disappointed. I hope All Stars Indoor Playground takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality and quantity of their food, especially considering the prices they charge for party packages. Not recommended especially for parties..chuckie cheese was waayyy better for our last years party..

This was definitely the BEST indoor playground my kids have been to, so many fun things for them but.. everything was suuuuper dusty. My kids really enjoyed the foam blocks but they felt so dirty. They definitely need a vacuum for all the dust on the netting & equipment. This place needs a deep clean on a regular basis.

Cleanliness and safety should be top priority for a kids playground. But sadly both are major issues here. Washrooms are disturbingly gross, and we’ve had to point out safety issues to staff who don’t know how to fix it. A family member also purchased a store credit for our kid to use and they weren’t able to find it on three separate tries. Prices are reasonable and the facility is huge and lots of fun for kids, so I hope they really work to improve these issues.
