Lovely place to go for a walk, jog sit around, or take Lovely pictures. It's winter so the place is still covered with snow. But it was a Lovely experience. The bridge was Lovely, there were few seats around the bridge to seat on in case you are tired. And there are beautiful homes up the hill and oh the view is gorgeous, I actually had a lot of fun and took a lot of pictures around. I recommend you go there and just enjoy the Lovely view of Nature.
Beautiful park! Love the fields and trees are taken care of. The river is just right there. There are many things to do at the park. Like biking, scootering, walks and you can even bring your dogs here. There are so many benches around the area to sit down and relax. If you go down the river you can bring your paddle board, canoe, throw rocks 🪨 or even swim. Make sure to bring your water shoes because it gets muddy there. There are very functional and big washrooms, garbage cans, recycling ♻️ cans and more! Parking is free and easy
A beautiful place of peace and quiet in the city. It's right next to the river with paths, picnic tables and barbecues if you need one. It seems to be set up for hiking, walking and biking with off-leash areas for your dog, too. There's a boat launch if you have a need for that, as well. Lots of birds and trees to calm your jangled nerves in the river valley. Come check it out if you need a respite from the city.
Good ride today, beautiful weather. Not a lot of people out but some. Most were friendly but some were displaying their "Covid-19 frustrations,.. lol" Parts of the trail were a bit tough but no match for our scooter's,... Be safe All,... 🤘😷🤘
Great for picnic or a Sunday evening stroll. Very relaxing , great for exercising as well. Walking trail. View of North Saskatchewan River. If you want to fish or swim
Keep exploring
