Laser City Laser Tag

We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at Laser City yesterday and had an amazing experience! We chose the Mini Paintball package, and all the kids had an absolute blast. The staff provided a thorough safety briefing before the games, which made everyone feel comfortable and well-prepared. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire event. A special thank you to the manager for being so flexible and accommodating. They worked with us to arrange a celebration time that fit our schedule perfectly, and we really appreciated that. Everything was well organized, fun, and stress-free. We highly recommend Laser City for birthday parties and will definitely be coming back!

Did a birthday party for my son. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating! Special shout out to Nathaniel who made sure to smooth out EVERY kinks I could have possibly had with my plans. I would definitely do this again. Environment was very clean and spacious. We visited Laser Tag City on Saturday, April 4, 2026, and had such a wonderful experience! All the staff were amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions with genuine smiles and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The environment was fun, well-organized, and perfect for families. My kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave! It’s clear the team really cares about making sure everyone has a great time. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun outing!
