We did the Matrix escape room and it was so fun! Raza was very helpful, without giving all the information away. It was a great environment with well thought out steps. Very cool how the computer systems were linked and worked. They sent us a text with directions when we were arriving at the mall with detailed information on how to find the place which was great because we had never been to that mall before. Definitely will be back for more! Thank you!
Super fun and real cool themes, and the staff are amazing! We walked in without a reso and both Cole and Corey were really accommodating and friendly. They helped us figure out the best available room for our group and skill level and made the whole day comfortable and easy! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
We went there with our friends coming from SK and it was great! We took our 6 yo and our friends also took their 7 yo and they were fine being part of it. We ended up playing another escape room the next day as well. The puzzles made sense. We’ll have to visit Edmonton again to try the other rooms!
Went with a group for our first ever escape room. We did the Bank heist, unknowing it was the most difficult room. We were able to solve it with 10 minutes remaining though! (admittedly with a couple hints) We thought it was a great combination of different kinds of riddles, codes, etc. It helps when you have a larger group in which each individual is better at different things. Every one of us solved at least one aspect where everyone else had no idea what to do. It does involve a good amount of team work, working together, and great communication skills though! Would definitely like to return and try another room! (Only thing is besides the final room, the others could use a bit more decoration. I know it's supposed to be like a bank which can be plain, but just a little more to envelop the players more in the room. Other than that, 5 stars!)
10/10 experience. Would highly recommend. We had a great time exploring through each part of our escape experience. My friends and I had a super kind and welcoming individual named Raza who allowed us to finish the very end of our experience despite being a couple minutes over the time limit as we were the final group that night. They also helped us take pictures and guided us whenever we needed help without ruining the escape room experience. Safe to say we are coming back and that we had a great time!
