We had an amazing experience at YEG Another World VR Arena! Abel, the owner, was incredibly informative, patient, and gave clear instructions that made everything easy to understand. The kids had an absolute blast, it was nonstop fun from start to finish! We honestly can’t wait to have my son’s 10th birthday here. It’s not just great for kids either; adults will have just as much fun. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience!
We had an amazing experience celebrating my son’s birthday party at Another World VR! The space is very spacious and perfect for a private party, with a designated area for eating that made everything so easy to manage. The kids had an hour of VR time and absolutely loved it. Abel was a truly gracious host, he assisted with everything, was incredibly patient with the kids, and made sure the party ran smoothly from start to finish. It was such a wonderful experience and the perfect venue for a fun, stress-free birthday celebration. Highly recommend!
My brother and I had such a great time at YEG Another World Virtual Reality Arena! We didn't really know what to expect going in, but it ended up exceeding our expectations. The games were super immersive, the equipment worked great, and everything was well organized. It honestly felt like stepping into another world. One thing we didn't realize before going was that you can watch the game trailers on their website ahead of time to choose a game. Since it was our first time trying VR, we weren't sure what to pick, but the staff was amazing. He recommended a few games for our first VR experience, showed us the trailers, explained the different game modes and difficulty levels, and helped us choose the perfect one. They also have both PvP and PvE games, so there's a good variety depending on what you're looking for. We ended up playing Starbase: Expedition and Starbase: Survival, and they were both a lot of fun. I was a little worried about getting motion sickness since it was my first time trying VR, but I felt completely fine afterward. We tried the 45-minute session, and it went by so fast because we were having so much fun. We were laughing the whole time and were already talking about which games we want to come back and try next. If you're looking for something different to do in Edmonton, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. We had an awesome experience, and we'll definitely be back! ☺️
My sister and I went today because of a change in plans and we had an absolute blast. The size of the room makes it much more immersive and fun while a little bit nerve wracking. Abel was fantastic, incredibly friendly and very thorough in instructions and assuring us that he’d step in if anything happened. Pretty affordable VR gaming, I paid just over $75 for two people and it got us an hour, not to mention Abel was awesome and hooked us up with an extra game, no charge! 10/10 I’d love to come by again.
Absolutely amazing! Such a cool experience, Abel is amazing and was so accommodating. Definitely recommend you visit here. There’s lots of fun game options and the price is just $35 for an hour, more than worth it for the experience!
