Trapped Escape Room Edmonton

This was our 1st escape room as a family and we had a great time. It was our son's bday and he got in free! Big bonus points! We chose Jack the Ripper room and it was definitely a challenge for us, our son figured out a lot of the clues. The rooms are clean and very well put together and detailed. The staff were great at offering hints and even gave us extra time to complete it. The guy(sorry can't remember his name)explained very thoroughly. They have an area to lock up your belongings as they don't allow phones in the rooms. Washrooms were very clean and spacious. Will definitely go back to try a different room.

Had such a fun time with my daughter and her friends who are first time to play! The theme was engaging, the setup was immersive, and the friendly service really stood out! The staffs there made everyone feel welcome and supported throughout the experience. The kids had an amazing time working together and celebrating each clue they solved. Such a great spot for a fun and memorable outing!

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We tried the Jack the Ripper room since it’s their most popular one, but honestly, it was quite easy and not as challenging as we expected. If you’re someone who enjoys a real puzzle and thrill, I’d definitely recommend trying their other rooms instead (Room 057) Overall, amazing service and a fun place to visit—just pick your room wisely!

Thank you staff at Trapped! Our group of 8 had a great time in the Chaos Effect room! Our host (sorry I forgot your name) was very friendly and helpful. There's ample parking, the facily is bright, clean & organized.

Good parking availability seeing as it is so close to White Avenue. Free parking. However, the area is very overrun with drug usage, homeless people and crime. Be cautious when parking, lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables in the car. This location has some of the best decorated and best themed escape rooms in the city. Good availability as well. Very immersive rooms for an OK price. I suggest the circus themed room. Great fun, good staff.
